Professor David Fuks is Head of the Department of Digestive, Oncological and Metabolic Surgery at the Institut Mutualiste Montsouris in Paris. He specializes in minimally invasive gastrointestinal surgery, and particularly in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery. He holds a Doctorate in Medicine (2009) on bile duct tumors and a PhD in Epidemiology of Clinical Research (2012). He is Chief of Surgical Simulation within the platform iLumens and is a member of the pedagogical commission at Paris Descartes University dealing with digital and simulation. David Fuks is the author of more than 175 peer-reviewed scientific papers and his H index is at 35.
